This hotel suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, indoor swimming pool, and fantastic restaurant. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with a local delivery recommendation, something I'll always remember. Highly recommend!

I loved being just a short stroll from the beautiful Castle Park and the fascinating Penrith Museum, making it perfect for weekend explorations. the indoor pool area added a nice touch for relaxation after my city adventures.

Amazing birthday surprise!

Had a blast here! The staff were super friendly and even surprised me with a birthday cake. The room was clean and cozy. The fresh milk for drinks was a nice touch. Dinner at the restaurant was delish, but the dessert selection could’ve been better. a fab stay and can’t wait to come back!

The staff really go above and beyond. I must mention Andrew and Petra they made the whole dinner experience superb.

we had an amazin stay at the north lakes hotel. the staff were super friendly and the room was really comfy with these cool blue lights for the kids! we loved the milk dispenser outside our room and the cookies for the kids were a nice touch. the food at the restaurant was just wow, especially the breakfast. i also loved the list of activities we could do, made everything easy.

The food, especially the homemade sausages, was excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. the piscine experience was marred by noise from children, and the service during dinner was notably slow despite delicious food.

A proper fit for a city trip in Penrith with high value for money. The beds were so comfy. best sleep I've had in ages! Ask for spa slippers at check-in as they’re not standard in the room.
